CTF blows the whistle on BiPole III

Most Manitobans had not heard of the billion-dollar Manitoba Hydro project called BiPole 3. But that changed when a coalition led by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation said the plan to connect Winnipeg's power grid to the north was flawed. By taking a circuitous route to the west of Lake Winnipeg and Lake Manitoba, costs will escalate needlessly.
